How your diet can affect the condition of your skin

Many people deal with a variety of skin issues, one way we can help manage the condition of our skin is to consider our diet and the amount of greasy, unhealthy food we consume. There are also a few surprising foods which can have a negative affect on the skin such as dairy.

White bread or bagels, watermelon, pizza, milk, instant oatmeals and other greasy food have a negative impact on the skin.
Eating/drink these products encourages them to adhere to skin cells under the skin and create pimples, rather than flow normally to the skin pore.
